                                        Biomass Wood Sawdust Pellet Production Line
The complete plant through our research and development is manufactured for produce the wood fuel pellets. Main equipment within it include Crushing and dusting process, Drying process, Pelleting process, Cooling process, Packing process. It has advantages such as compact structure, good appearance, high yield, less consumption, convenient and reliable performance etc.


1. Crushing process for automatic pellet production line:

Description: The ideal size for pelleting is 3 - 5mm. If the size of your biomass raw materials is bigger than 5mm, it should to use the Wood Chipper / Pulverizer / Hammer Mill for crushing.

Question 1: What's your raw biomass materials? Please inform us its size, such as the diameter or thickness.
 

2. Drying process for automatic pellet production line:

Description: The best moisture content / humidity to pelleting is 10 - 15%. If your raw materials is too wet, it should to use our Airflow type dryer or Rotary Dryer for drying, they can reduce the moisture from 30~60% to 10~15%.

3. Pelleting process for our wood pellet production line:

Description: Wood Pellet Machine is the professional equipment to produce the biomass fuel pellet with high density, details features as follows:
1, European Standard with CE certification; 

2, Die and rollers use alloy steel as material, hardness more than 52, which lifetime can be up to 800 hours;
3, 2 years warranty time;
4, Automatic lubricant pump system, low consumption, 24 hours continuous running;
5, High precision gears, the automatic lubricant pump system assure the gearbox's working stability ;

 

The output capacity for the complete wood pellet production line can be 0.5T/H, ,1-1.2T/H, 1.5-2T/h, 2-3T/h, 5T/h, 6-8T/h, 8-12T/H, 10-15T/H. And we can design the complete wood pellet production line based on your materials condition and your capacity demand.
