Product Description

 

Our EWPM550R Wood complete set production line will crush various biomass raw materials into powder particles by the crusher , and then enter the silo/stock bin by the screw elevator. The materials in the silo are transported by the adjustable speed feeder to the granulator, the finished particles are cooled and screened by the cooling screening machine, and then enter the packaging machine through the belt conveyor. The packing machine can be set for different weight and can seal the bagging, and the whole production process is completed.

 1, Crushing system
Materials with a diameter of less than 20cm enter the crushing chamber from the small feed inlet 1 and are crushed by high-speed rotating hammers. Under the effect of centrifugal force, the crushed materials are rapidly crushed along the outer edge of the rotor by continuous impact, strike and rubbing of hammers. The crushed powder is sent out of the machine through the screen hole under the centrifugal pressure of the rotor and the suction force of the fan.

2, Dryer system
The airflow dryer dries materials by hot air, which is mainly applicable to bulk materials with high moisture content such as sawdust and rice.
Due to the high moisture content of materials and high output requirements, in the actual production process, we improved the previous drying limitations and adopted the method of secondary drying. The two sets of dryers are overlapped for better drying effect.
3, Screw conveyor
LS series screw conveyor is composed of feed hopper, spiral blade, motor reducer and outlet. It is a continuous conveying equipment that uses spiral rotation to move materials. It is suitable for conveying loose materials such as flour, grain, sawdust, cement, fertilizer, ash, sand, gravel and coal powder. Due to the limited effective flow area in the machine body, the screw conveyor is not suitable for conveying similar materials that are easy to deteriorate, viscous, blocky or caking.

4, Pellet system
The granulator/Pellet machine is composed of a hopper, a press roll, a die plate, a reducer and a motor, which is used to produce dense fuel particles from biomass raw materials through the extrusion of the press roll and the die plate.


5, Cooling and Screening system
cooling and screening machine is a special equipment for cooling and sorting particles. It is
suitable for screening all kinds of feed, sawdust particles and other materials. Long life, simple maintenance,
simple operation and so on.

6, Belt conveyor
The belt conveyor is used for conveying finished granular materials. The belt with rib and skirt is used for large angle conveying, with large conveying volume and small floor area.

7, Packing system
packaging machine includes hopper, packaging machine, belt conveyor and sealing machine, etc. It is used for quantitative packaging of granular materials in feed, grain, fertilizer, rice, seed,
chemical, food and other industries.
In addition to working bagging, this machine adopts automatic control of fast, medium and slow three-speed feeding, quantitative, bag clamping and unloading. The instrument realizes the setting and weight accumulation of control parameters such as fast, medium and slow feeding amount, and can be configured to automatically print out. The equipment has the characteristics of fast packaging speed, high
packaging precision, good stability and easy operation.
