HKJ series granulator is the main machine for pressign pellet feed . It is suitable for large and medium-sized feed companies and large farmers .
Performance characteristics :
1. The machine has the characteristics of compact structure , beautiful appearance , environment protection and airtight , convenient use and reliable operation ;
2. The machine can be selected according to different needs of customers : circular/ring dies with diameters of 2mm-10mm and various apertures ;
3. This machine adopts cycloidal pinwheel reducer motor to feed , using quick release hoop and overload protection device;
4. It has the quick adjustment structure of the ring die and the roller gap, and the cutter cuts evenly .
5. Double layer modulator/single modulator is used to achieve adequate curing of feed .
6. Automatic control of feeding quantity and automatic lubrication device.
