inner stainless steel screw tube.deacidification-Degumming -decoloration--deodorization.
---First two use to deacidification and degumming. inject condcution oil into screw tube,add oil,
water and alkali.By chemical reaction, acid and gum become sediment separating from oil.
---Then use oil pump absorb oil to decoloration vessel, injecting water steam from the bottom
ejectinginner air,conduction oil form the top,to get vaccum setting and heat oil,add carclazyte to
bleach oil, it's called decoloration.
---Then use oil pump absorb oil to filter for filting carclazyte from oil.
---Then absorb oil to deodorization vessel,injecting steam from the bottom and conduction oil
from top,stink go away up together will steam separating form heated oil, called deodorization.
---Finally, into next machine for dewaxing.
