Palm fruit accounts for 55%-60% of the fruit bunch. Palm fruit consists of two parts: palm peel (pulp) and kernel. The pulp accounts for 50%-55% of the fruit volume, and the kernel accounts for 45%-50% of the fruit volume. The pulp contains 46%-50% oil (red oil), and the kernel contains 45%-50% oil (white oil). The processing technology of palm pulp oil and kernel oil is different, and the composition and properties of fatty acids are also different. Our company mainly produces a complete set of palm fruit oil production equipment with a processing capacity of 3-50 tons per day.
Process description
1. The enzyme inactivation (fermentation killing) of palm fruit is to inhibit the lipase in the oil. The presence of lipase will cause the palm oil to decompose and produce free fatty acids, which will increase the acid value. After heating, the enzyme is inactivated and the fat decomposition is controlled to ensure the quality.
2. The enzyme inactivation process causes the pulp to hydrolyze and soften, which creates favorable conditions for subsequent oil extraction.
3. The palm ear threshing adopts a rotary drum stripper.
4. After pressing, the palm fruit can be divided into two parts: one is a mixture of oil, water and solid impurities, and the other is fiber and kernel.
5. Palm crude oil should be dehydrated and filtered in time to improve the purity of crude oil and facilitate storage.
